    What the heck is happening with the log in . For goodness sake I DON'T WANT A MESSAGE TO GO TO MY PHONE because it DOESN'T HELP AND I STILL CAN'T LOG IN. I am SO MAD. And to add insult to injury I keep getting text messages asking me to pay a further amount when the website says I am in credit. Scottish Power can you PLEASE PLEASE get your act together!

    Scottish Power are the biggest bunch of useless cunts in the universe, there's absolutely no way of getting in touch with the bastards, my gas meter is fucked, I have a 5 year old and winter is round the corner, btw don't take my word for it, ask trustpilot.     Your Website is poorly maintained. the Login does not work 90% of the time. Your APP is a bloody joke, and your call centre operations are downright abusive and criminal. Strange that with the huge profits you are making, you cannot even provide a decent website. OR ,is it deliberate? Because you know that people make monthly readings to keep track of their energy use?

    I have tried 3 times now with two codes to change my password and have done this twice I am an existing customer and still can't get in touch I had a smart meter fitted yesterday and have a query regarding the levels of energy used after midnight

    How dare you make out that you care Mr Anderson. Scottish Power is shocking! The amount of people currently off supply inc families with young children with your company is disgusting! To stand there asking the government for money! I don't know how you sleep! I have personally been through a terrible experience with your company and cannot wait to leave! Scottish power changed my smart meter over to prepayment with no warning! It's not accepted 3 recent top ups, I have a 2 year old baby & an autistic 9 year old son. Work hard & have always paid my bills. Within the next few hours we're completely off supply and I don't owe any money. At present you owe me money! You're aware that us as customers call and get hung up on daily! It's not new news to your ears. Just look at trust pilot to see how disgraceful you are! Every hour another review appears. And you stand there acting like you care! Recently your head quarters was painted red! This was a demonstration for awareness of the blood on the hands of you and your disgraceful company. It wasn't in the media was it but I'm sure you are aware of that too! To those wanting to see this protest I'll place a link in a further comment. Good luck to you and your greedy chair in the after life Mr Anderson, you're going to need it.

    Opening line from Scottish Power, "logging on to your on-line account is a doddle" After that it's all down hill! I've tried numerous times to log on or reset password, just to be told " details not recognised" or "wait a minute and try again". They don't answer the phone when you try to call for help, a complete nightmare.

    I had a reading of 98952 7th of Dec. I checked it again after 2 months. The first dial is still between 9 and 0. The second dial is now between 9 and 0. So do I have to reduce the number on the first dial by 1? By that now my meter reading starts with 89 but it was 98 2 months ago. Any ideas?

    what is it if that ⚡ lightning symbol is blinking and speedometer is zeros? is it sensor issue? double checked the batteries, they are fine. it was all right for a while but now it seems that display is unable to connect to sensor unit.

    Do not trust this company (IMO) it hides behind the façade of being all out good, when in reality (IMO & what they did to me, real experience), they are after as much money first, all other considerations 2nd, and consumers don't matter! Really, (IMO) avoid, choose another provider.

    I sure BP & Shell etc.. will not close down any service/petrol stations as the ICE system cars are taken away and electric cars take over! Why because as pointed out all electric car owners will still wish to stop every few hours to charge up the car and get their bathroom break and food and drinks? So the service ones will just change over to being charging points for electric cars and rest ones for traveling people in those cars.. Roll on electric future.

    Dear Scottish Power, I set up my electricity account with you 6 months ago. I receive paperless bills, yet my online account is stuck in a 'welcome cycle' where I can't access anything. I've contacted you 8 times via phone and email. Everytime I am told it will be fixed or receive no response. I've waited in a queue for over an hour and not had anyone answer (£8.40/hr call cost) yet when I ring the new customer line I get an answer in 2 seconds! but they have no power to help! I've tried your complaints process but had no response multiple times after the 10 days you promise to reply within. Please can you fix this problem and provide me with compensation for the cost of the calls and wasted time. (I'm having to exhaust every possible route to make contact including your youtube channel) Kind Regards Adam
